Ms Bharathi is Deputy Director, Point-to-Point Transport Division at the Land Transport Authority (LTA). She brings to the Council her experience in the regulation of ride-hailing and taxi services and engagement with the industry.

Prior to joining LTA, Ms Bharathi had postings in Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Home Affairs, where she was involved in the development of policies to support the growth of shared mobility and adoption of cleaner energy vehicles, and to improve the rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-offenders.
