Chief Executive
Mr Leow Yew Chin

Mr Leow is the Chief Executive of the Public Transport Council (PTC).

Before his appointment on 1 March 2024, Mr Leow was the Deputy Group Director (Policy and Planning) of the Land Transport Authority where he led key initiatives to achieve the Walk-Cycle-Ride outcomes of the Land Transport Master Plan.

Mr Leow has more than 20 years of experience in the public sector which included postings to the Ministry of Transport and the Prime Minister’s Office Strategy Group. He brings to the Council his expertise in transport planning and policy development, public transport regulation and stakeholder engagement.
